• Searching and selecting of locations for franchise and corporate stores  /  conducting negotiations with landlords of single locations and with shopping center companies like ECE, Sonae Sierra and Unibail Rodamco
• Cooperating with attorney in the case of necessity per example for adjusting international franchise contracts for the German market
